The free facility, gives members quick and easy access to their membership information, all in one place.

With the app, you can:

  • - View training courses and events you've attended.
  • - Update your membership details.
  • - Access your membership information whenever you need it.

Available free to all eligible BASIS members on iOS and Android.

Download Instructions

  1. Download the BASIS App from your app store
  2. Log in using your registered email address
  3. Activate your account using the link sent by email
  4. Here is a help guide if you need more information

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Once you have successfully downloaded the app and logged in, please check your app store regularly for any available updates to ensure you are using the latest version.
